Earlier this month, Chris Evans quit as the main host of Top Gear after just one series, where he presented alongside his co-host Matt LeBlanc. With the series dropping in ratings and Chris receiving criticism from fans, there has already been talks about who will replace him, and so far we’re hoping it’s Lethal Bizzle.
But, in a random plot twist from across the pond, 50 Cent has been vocal about his interest to work on Top Gear, claiming he is the person that will save the show.
50, aka Curtis Jackson III, has stated in a recent interview with the Daily Star that, “there ain’t a car I haven’t owned over the years, my car collection is as good as anybody’s out there.”
Like many disappointed fans, 50 Cent believes the show has changed dramatically in the new series and that if it doesn’t return to its old ways it will suffer.
Unfortunately, the BBC have previously confirmed that it was unlikely that changes will be made to the line up going forward. Better luck next series Fiddy…
