American rapper Young Thug is the latest artist to join forces with NPR for a further instalment of their Tiny Desk Concert series.
NPR and their inspired concept has gone down a treat with music fans worldwide, as we witness some of our favourite musicians take to the mic to perform a selection of their best loved tracks.
Kicking off proceedings with a stripped-back rendition of “Die Slow”, Young Thug submerges us into a set laced with his signature vocals and unique performance style. Amidst a scenic backdrop, the influential rapper serves up a memorable showcase of his finest hits.
The tempo picks up throughout, as the “Go Crazy” rapper brings the energy with recitals of dynamic tunes “Tick Tock” and “Hate The Game”. The element of the live band introduces a versatile mode of performance from Young Thug, but we are still greeted by his trademark spirit!
