South London’s Sam Wise continues to extend his September-streak with this visual release, coming shortly after the talent dropped his highly-praised Free Game all before hitting 25 cycles around the planet the other day. 2021’s Virgo season certainly seems to be treating the star well.
“To The Max” sees Wise coasting atop a digitised soundscape riddled with whimsical synths, cascading strings and some jumpy percussion, forming a picture-perfect foundation for Sam to provide that infectious bounce he can tap into with ease.
Wise links-up with director Elliot Simpson once again for the video; bringing his ever-growing audience a visual experience that ‘brought it (back) to the hood’; seeing block-party numbers to celebrate this one with his clique.
