The nominees for the 2022 Grammy Awards have been announced!
The nominations for the 64th annual Grammys were unveiled this afternoon via livestream which included appearances from H.E.R, Gayle King and more.
During the live stream, it was revealed J. Cole, Doja Cat, Drake and Kanye West are in the running for multiple awards across categories such as Record of the Year, Best Rap Performance, Best Melodic Rap Performance Best and more.
Representing for the ladies alongside Doja Cat in the rap categories are the likes of Megan Thee Stallion, Saweetie and Cardi B.
The late DMX has been acknowledged in the Best Rap Song category for his track “Bath Salts” with JAY-Z and Nas.
The UK’s very own Arlo Parks has also been nominated for Best New Artist where she’s up against the likes of Saweetie, Baby Keem and The Kid Laroi.
The winners of each category will be revealed during a ceremony at the Crypto.Com Arena in Los Angeles on January 31st.
