In 2013 Jay-z’s Life and Times contacted Hot 97 Dj Funk Flex with regards to his successful mobile app.
Flex gave Jay-Z’s team a few pointers about the application platform, which lead to the launch of Jay-Z’s Magna Carter app available for Samsung users to download the material for free on their device aka “the new rules era”.
As we witnessed at the start of the month Flex has played a major roll in orchestrating the long awaited Dipset reunion.
However the Legendary DJ is feeling some type of way as the Jigga-man’s Life and Times team have contacted him interested about the reunion.
Bit odd as ALL of Dipset’s music is banned from all of Hova’s 40/40 club.
Listen as Flex goes into detail dropping bombs and taking shots at Jay aka Lucky Lefty for trying to use him as an access point.
Jay responded by apparently calling Flex numerous times on a private number and then sent him this text message (which made its way to Instagram of course):
That makes three times in the space of a week Hova’s had shots thrown at him and his businesses; first Adrien Broner, now New York legend Funk Flex and to make things worse Dipset have made a diss record. The latter you can listen too here.
