The caller, Richard from Maidenhead, had to nerve to suggest that all muslims should say sorry for the Charlie Hebdo terror attacks in Paris last week.
The response, from James O’Brien, was a masterclass on how to deal with anybody who makes that type of outrageous suggestion.
