Camden’s finest DJ Charlie Sloth has linked up with rising East Coast rap titan Lola Brooke for the latest instalment of Fire in the Booth.
Lola slides effortlessly over the hard-hitting, nocturnal beat switching instrumental, hammering listeners with her matter-of-fact delivery. In the almost seven-minute freestyle, Lola showcases a slew of varying rap deliveries — once again reaffirming why she’s one to watch in the New York rap scene.
Lola also shouts out the UK scene, reaffirming her love for the UK rap scene and culture. Lola’s Fire in the Booth follows her R&B-tinged single “On My Mind”, released back in February.
