Pizza Hut is offering you the chance to be a makeshift DJ – with pizza boxes. Yep you read that right – created by printed electronics specialist Novalia, Pizza hut have created two usable decks that anyone can use to spin tracks.
The decks are printed in conductive ink including two decks, pitch control, volume control and crossfader. They’re battery-powered and connect to your laptop or phone via Bluetooth, as well as to any MIDI compatible DJ software like Serato or Traktor. You can use them just like real turntables, to rewind and even scratch tracks – and they have a sync button too.
Here’s how they work – brilliantly demonstrated by Rinse FM’s DJ Vectra.
