Baba Crunch has slowly been warming up again after a lengthy hiatus. “3rd Quarter Freestyle” is his second drop of the year, after “Alias” which was released last month.
The East Londoner reminds us that he’s got bars in abundance after his previous, mellower R&B offerings on his 2021 EP Eminence. A little known fact is Baba Crunch was actually a member of B.O.M.B Squad, a staple on channel U that old heads will most certainly remember, so its little surprise that he’s armed with explosive lyricism.
