Some of the hardest rappers in the scene at the moment are from outside London.
One of the hardest is RM from Brum and he’s just hit up P110 for the latest instalment of their #HoodsHottest series.
He goes in over the classic Notorious B.I.G. and Puff Daddy instrumental, “Victory“, and he absolutely bodies it.
