Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyuuum!
If you’re a fan of the Friday film series, we have some big news for you! Ice Cube, on his appearance this week on The Late Late Show with James Corden, revealed that a fourth instalment of the popular comedy is on its way!
Ice Cube confirmed, “We’re working on one right now…we’re gonna call it Last Friday.”
Rumours had in fact been circulating for quite some time about the possibility of another Friday movie. In fact they were heightened just last month after the legendary John Witherspoon, who plays Craig’s outrageously funny dad in the films, claimed on Power 95.3 radio show that Ice Cube had in fact got approval from Warner Bros for another film.
No other details were revealed about the film such as the release date or what characters are to be included. However, all fans of the films will be hoping that Chris Tuckers character, Smokey, from the first movie, returns and has a big part to play in the new film!
