According to reports, a new Hulk film is on the way.

Mark Ruffalo who plays the loveable green superhero is not looking to retire any time soon and revealed in an interview that there might be plans for another Hulk film within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

When asked if he is returning as David Banner/Hulk for a new film, Ruffalo said, “I don’t know. I do know that I did give Kevin Feige the Blockbuster Award at the Hollywood Film Awards the other day to a smattering of applause and he did say, ‘Hey, do you think there’s any more story left here?’ and I said ‘I could probably come up with a few storylines,’ and he said ‘Maybe you should come in and we’ll have a talk.”

Kevin Feige has been president of Marvel Studios since 2007 and has overseen the production of all of the massive blockbuster films within the Marvel Cinematic Universe including Black Panther, Ant-Man, Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame.

The news comes after the revelation earlier this year that Avengers: Endgame which starred Ruffalo alongside Robert Downey Jr, Tom Holland, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson and Chris Hemsworth became the highest-grossing film of all time.

Avengers: Endgame smashed Avatar’s record of $2.7 billion in July and remains unchallenged as the most profitable film in history.

With Marvel films being financially successful thanks to their mass appeal and merchandising opportunities, the possibility of another Hulk film is high.
