After months of rumours filling the internet about Donald Glover’s secret project Guava Island, all has finally been revealed.
Making its debut at Coachella, the feature film that runs for roughly an hour stars Rihanna, Letitia Wright, and Nonso Anozie.
Filmed in Cuba, the movie is a “tropical thriller that casts Donald Glover as a musician with designs on pulling off a scheme to rob his way into the good life, which quickly gets him in over his head.”
The Hiro Murai directed film was written by Donald’s brother Stephen Glover and features the popular Childish Gambino tracks “Summertime Magic” and “This Is America”.
You can watch the film at any time on Amazon Prime and if you haven’t got an Amazon Prime account, the film will be available without a subscription until Sunday the 14th of April. The film will also be shown on Coachella’s Youtube Channel and on Twitch at 1:00am on Sunday the 14th of April.
