A man from Nottinghamshire is set to become the UK’s first Billionaire from selling Cannabis

A British man is set to become a billionaire from selling Cannabis.

Maximillian White owns a 40-hectare farm in Portugal and produces the drug for medicinal purposes.

After four years of operation, the farm has been able to employ hundreds of staff. The farm also exports to clients across the globe.

The 40 year old began building his fortune in the music business and now boasts a wine collection worth £30 million, 50 houses in Dubai and properties in Thailand, Spain and the UK.

The soon to be billionaire also owns a fleet of over 20 luxury vehicles.

Speaking to the Daily Star, Maximillian said, “For me it’s not about the money, it’s about the vision. All of the cannabis we sell is medical. It can help people with conditions including psoriasis, multiple sclerosis, fits and countless other things.”

According to recent research, the medicial cannabis industry to set to be worth $73.6 billion (£55.3 billion) by 2027.

In the UK it is thought that the industry will be worth £2.4 billion by 2024.
