The CEO of Adidas has confirmed that there will be over 20 new Yeezy releases this year.

Kasper Rorsted said in his recent interview with CNBC, “This year we will have more than twenty releases. Some will be very scarce and very low on volume while others will have a different volume profile. Over time if you have a product in the market for a very long time like the 350, that scarcity will be by default less so… the 350 silhouette is what we’re really rolling out in volume.”

Since the start of this year, the Yeezy brand has put out two new products and four more are set to be released at the end of this month.  This will help Kanye achieve his goal of making Yeezys affordable and accessible for all which he set out to do when he first began his collaboration with Adidas after leaving Nike.

This news follows this weekend’s release of Yeezy Boost 350 V2 in new colour ways and plans for new designs in sizes for toddlers and kids.

Recently, it was revealed that new Yeezy’s were coming in different colour ways but that these would be exclusive to certain regions. Read more about this here.
