Nottingham-born artist Ady Suleiman makes a powerful return with his new single “Brother,” alongside the announcement of his forthcoming album “Chasing,” set for release on January 16th. Written across London and Zanzibar, the project offers an intimate reflection on love, identity, mental health, and cultural roots — reintroducing Ady as a deeply honest storyteller whose artistry has matured through years of personal and creative growth.
The moving single “Brother” was inspired by the tragic murder of Stephen Lawrence, a story that profoundly impacted Ady. The song took years to complete, given its emotional and political weight. Reflecting on its message, Ady shares: “With everything happening in the world, it’s hard to keep choosing love. ‘Brother’ is my way of saying — I see you, I love you, I stand with you.”
