There’s an old adage that politicians don’t run the world, the media does. Every day, we consume an unbelievable amount of both subliminal and explicit advertising which implicitly influences our decisions. It’s with this sentiment in mind that Aj Shabeel decided to make a video dedicated to buying every single ad he sees on a walk through New York City.
Working his way up the prince range from a humble hotdog stand to Times Square, it’s both equally entertaining to watch and financially draining to his pockets.
Aj isn’t just running around trying to buy adverts as quickly as possible though. Taking time to interact with a number of locals, Aj visits a boxing match of an up and coming boxer he meets on his travels, as well as even participating in a rap battle in Times Square. It’s a really interesting and amusing concept and Aj executes it to perfection.
