Amazon Prime Video have released a brand-new trailer for the upcoming series, Them.
Due to hit Prime Video on April 9, THEM is a 10-episode horror anthology series set in 1950s America and follows a black family who move to an all-white neighbourhood in Los Angeles. However, their dream home quickly becomes a nightmare as their neighbours and other “otherworldly” forces attempt to destroy them.
The series stars Deborah Ayorinde and Ashley Thomas – also known as UK rapper Bashy – who has previously appeared in big series such as 24: Legacy and Top Boy.
Speaking on the series on Instagram recently, Bashy wrote: “August 2019 I left the UK to work on a series in Los Angeles created by Little Marvin. Executive Produced by Lena Waithe.
“I returned home just over a year later, feeling like I was part of something truly special, where everyone involved gave their best selves to tell an important, symbolic and timely story.
He added: “It took a lot of people to pull this incredible series together, acting is one piece of the puzzle, so love & respect to everyone involved. It has been a long journey.”
