Love Island’s Amy Hart has temporarily left the Love Island villa to receive psychological support following her split with Curtis Pritchard.

In yesterday’s episode (July 4), we saw the end of Amy and Curtis’ relationship after he told the Air Stewardess he can’t promise he won’t hurt her again.

Love Island
producers decided to “whisk” Amy out of the villa after she reacted to the break-up by weeping in the beach hut.

A Love Island representative has said of Amy’s brief time away from the villa: “We take the emotional well-being of all the Islanders extremely seriously.

“We have dedicated welfare producers and psychological support on hand at all times who monitor and regularly speak to all of the Islanders in private and off camera, especially if someone appears to be upset.

“All the Islanders are therefore fully supported by the professionals on site and by their friends in the villa.”

According to reports, sources have said Amy will return to the show after receiving therapy off-camera.
