In the first edition of our new feature taking a look at Apple Music’s UK Rap playlist, we have new records from Chip (featuring Not3s), Slim, Asco and SL.

Chip – CRB Check (ft. Not3s)

The highest new entry is at #4 which comes from Chip’s new album TEN10. “CRB Check” featuring Not3s is sure to be a heavy streamer with Chip at his smooth lyrical best assisted by Not3s typically on point vocals. Check out the video to “CRB Check” on GRM Daily.

Slim – Balance

Up next is a brand-new track from one of 2018’s breakout stars. After making his debut 7 months ago with “Magic” Slim has gone from strength to strength with follow up records “Different” and “Again & Again” make huge noise on the streets. Balance sounds like Slim’s first steps towards a song which will stream in the multi-millions, if this the start of phase two for the Lewisham rapper then we can’t wait to hear the rest! Check out the video to “Balance” now on GRM Daily.

Asco – Pink Notes

Another new entry on Apple Music’s UK Rap playlist comes from east London’s very own Asco and his fresh single, “Pink Notes”. After dropping a number of big records this year, including his collaboration with Loski entitled “Cheque” which is also featured on the playlist, Asco switches things up by experimenting with auto-tune and creates another anthem in the process. Check out the video for “Pink Notes” on GRM Daily.

SL – Nothing To Say

Since emerging on the scene with his massive track “Gentleman” at the start of last year, SL has proved that he’s more than a one hit wonder by releasing the equally as big singles “Tropical” and “Genes”. Similarly to those records, SL’s latest drop “Nothing To Say” is dominated by his laid-back style and will undoubtedly rack up streaming plays as the single continues to grow. Check out the visuals for “Nothing To say” on GRM Daily.
