Friends, family and fans are in shock today after hearing that aspiring emcee Showkey has passed away.
Information has filtered through over the course of the night, leaving many in disbelief.
The sixteen-year-old was reportedly stabbed on Friday night, and died soon after. Further details of the tragic incident are yet to emerge.
Many have taken to social media to pass on their respects and condolences at the loss of a talented artist with much potential.
The tragedy comes only a few months after another talented youngster, Lewisham’s Myron Yarde, or MDot, was stabbed to death in New Cross. MDot and Showkey had collaborated on songs together, and were seen to have much promise.
