Emerging artist Äyanna has this week debuted her highly-anticipated EP In A Perfect World online.
The body of work has garnered early praise from notable figures like Stormzy and Summer Walker. Her blend of pop, R&B and soul carves a unique path in music. The EP includes “Good Ex”, a visual set in her hometown, London, fashioned after a 2000’s rom-com that champions radical self-love. The video, directed by Priya Minhas, weaves themes of self-love, empowerment, friendship and love. She describes the EP as a tribute to hopeful romantics, finding positivity in every experience, even heartbreak.
