In a hard-to-watch interview that aired on BBC News, presenter Trish Adudu is visibly upset while recalling a recent experience of racial abuse.

She faced the tirade in Coventry city centre, where she saw a man “incessant with rage” and “full of hate” abusing an asian student. She said she then had him take his attention to her, and she breaks into tears when she recalls his use of the N-word, something she’s never heard directed at her before.

This kind of disgraceful behavior needs to be stamped out immediately. If you’re ever a victim of racist abuse, or even witness some, you can report it to SARI, a charity providing support for any victims of hate crimes. You can find their website here.
