Beats by Dr. Dre (Beats) and UNDEFEATED have partnered again on a new custom collection featuring the streetwear label’s tiger camouflage on the Beats Pill+portable speaker and BeatsX wireless earphones.
The collaboration emerges as a tribute to camouflage, an evolving symbol throughout history in both culture and counterculture. Having long expanded beyond its military role, the versatile yet bold print has been utilized throughout the decades in protest, in fashion and perhaps most prominently, in the music scenes of hip-hop, punk and reggae.
“We’re excited to bring this collaboration to Europe as it shows both brands ability to inform and educate the always evolving mix of music, athletics and fashion cultures under one roof,” UNDEFEATED co-founder James Bond said.
Accompanying the release of the collection is a campaign featuring World Heavyweight Champion Anthony Joshua and recording artist IAMDDB. As talented and independent individuals in their respective fields, both truly embody what it is to be “undefeated,” a mentality that Beats can definitely cosign.
