Singer-songwriter Bel Cobain drops her latest offering, a track called “Unlikely”, ahead of her forthcoming project.
It was written and created during a trip she took to Mexico, where she encountered a series of paranormal activities and spiritual signs. The poignant lyrics, such as “feeling sorry for my people who got rigged by the systematic default” reflect on what she saw throughout the trip and how the country’s indigenous people have been affected. The track combines the timeless essence of jazz with a fresh and invigorating twist ,combined with lively rhythm and punchy poetic melodies.Β
This and recent single “Pressure To Exist”, that dropped last month, are both taken from her forthcoming EP Radical Forgiveness which is set to leave a strong mark on the scene.
Listen to “Unlikely” by Bel Cobain in the lead to the project above now on GRM Daily.
