With “Netflix & Chill” being one of the most popular phrases in recent years, Ben & Jerry’s are launching a new ice-cream flavour inspired by the saying.
The ice-cream company revealed the news on Twitter, writing: “COMING SOON TO FREEZERS! It’s not a show. It’s not a film. It’s a Netflix Original flavour”.
Combining peanut butter ice-cream with fudge brownies and sweet and salty pretzel swirls, the flavour is a collaboration between Ben & Jerry’s and Netflix is a “new creation that’s certain to satisfy any sweet or salty snack craving”.
Speaking on the Netflix & Chill’d flavour, CEO of Ben & Jerry’s – Matthew McCarthy – said: ”This is the perfect pairing between Ben & Jerry’s and Netflix, to bring more magic to millions of fans (taste buds) across the globe.”
The flavour will be sold at a retail price of £5.49 and will be available in 20 countries including the UK and the U.S.
