Kendrick Lamar, Megan Thee Stallion, WizKid & More Among Winners At 2022 BET Awards

Last night the 2022 edition of the BET Awards took place and a number of huge names scooped up prizes!

The ceremony took place in the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles to celebrate Black culture in fields such as music, acting and sports.

In the hip-hop categories, Megan Thee Stallion and Kendrick Lamar came out on top as they won Best Female and Best Male respectively.

Scooping up the award for Best Collaboration was WizKid who earned the prize for his huge hit “Essence” alongside Justin Bieber and Tems – who also picked up the award for Best International Act.

Will Smith and Zendaya won big in the acting categories, while Naomi Osaka and Stephen Curry took home prizes in the sports groups.

The night also saw performances from Latto, Jack Harlow and more, as well as a special segment for Diddy who was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
