After an inconclusive first attempt, the Beta Squad are back to see who can perform a plank, bench press, wall sit, bicep curl and press up for the longest time.
In this episode, Sharky is joined by the full roster of Beta Squad members, including fan favourite Niko Omilana who makes his strength test debut.
