To celebrate the release of his new EP, north London’s Biyi has dropped a new set of visuals for “U Got Me”.
Using a quick and fun flow, Biyi creates a soft-sounding song on “U Got Me” and the accompanying visuals match his lyricism by showing the rapper cosied up with a young lady.
“U Got Me” is taken form Biyi’s brand-new EP, The Fix, which features the previously released “Choppa Sound”, “Lately” and “Blame Game”.
Speaking on the tape, Biyi – who is also a professional rugby player for Wasps – said: “On the whole, this EP took me through three different phases of my life in the past year and helped me vocalise what I was feeling and I hope that when people listen they can feel it too.”
He added: “Rap and art through music is not necessarily synonymous with the “rugby world” but I feel as though firstly – I am a Black boy from London, and music and expressionism is in our blood.”
