To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, south London riser BRYN has released a new single titled “Sellotape”.

Using a combination of raps and melodies, BRYN details her personal experiences with anxiety and loneliness; highlighting the impact of finding quick fixes. The track has arrived just in time for Mental Health Awareness Week which began earlier this week and runs to May 15th.

Speaking on the track, BRYN said: “Sellotape is about trying to fix a broken mind and heart with a plaster – when you don’t really treat what the problem is and find temporary solutions to your anxiety and pain.”

“When people put you down, you keep it inside and resort to doing stupid things to make yourself feel better. It’s one of the hardest things to learn how to fix and I’m still having problems with it, but I’m getting better at trying to face it head on.”
