Dancehall/reggae icon Buju Banton has given the visual treatment to his single “Blessed”, taken from his new album Upside Down 2020.
“Blessed” demonstrates why Buju is one of the most respected artists in reggae as his Jamaican roots shine throughout the feel-good track. With his easily identifiable vocals, Buju delivers the infectious lyrics over the catchy and bouncy beat.
The track’s empowering feel is extended to the visuals which include scenes from the recent Black Lives Matter protests in the U.S, as well as demonstrating Buju’s commitment to uplifting the youth.
