Cashh has hit the GRM channel to unleash visuals for his latest Deanboy-produced single, “Wash Clothes”.
Compared to Cashh’s previous offering “Mood” which was infused with a sensual dancehall vibe, “Wash Clothes” is on the other end of the spectrum as we hear the rapper use both melodies and straight bars to detail life on the streets.
“Handwashing clothes is a part of Jamaican culture,” Cashh said of the song. “I’m just playing my part to keep the culture alive in whatever capacity I can. During my time on the island, I hand washed all of my clothes. This became a routine for me to write songs and come up with melodies”.
“Wash Clothes” is another teaser from Cashh’s highly-anticipated album, Return Of The Man, which is scheduled for release next month (November 5).
