Central Cee’s music is making waves all over the world. His latest single “Doja” saw Cench reach new heights very few UK rappers ever have.
In the breakdown of the song, the West Londoner lays out how he intentionally jumped out of the box with a controversial line to grab people’s attention. He uses quotable bars throughout the song, and platforms such as TikTok gravitated towards it.
He talks about homophobia as he raps about it in his chorus. He points out how in the rap world and the hood, homophobia is somewhat ingrained in people. However, now that he’s grown up he’s personally realised how stupid homophobia is and that what someone chooses to do with their life is none of your business. It’s great to see Central going into further detail on how he came up with certain lines and what he thinks of them.
