The master of conversation Chuckie is back once again with JD’s In The Duffle Bag podcast and this time he’s chatting with Liverpool FC’s Alexander-Arnold.
These two kick off the convo with a catch up in regards to the players fitness and the general situation surrounding the pandemic and the premier league. Trent explains the difficulties around this unusual situation and how irregular it is in terms of training to take so much time off in the season, saying “The team, we’ve all had to adapt to it.”
The conversation then develops into coping with lockdown and how the young player has dealt with his time indoors. Arnold then explains that the lack of sports was strange to him and he missed watching games a lot. The pair then both speculate on what the ‘new normal’ is looking like.
