A brand-new trailer has arrived for the upcoming movie, City Of Lies, which details the complex investigation which occurred in the aftermath of The Notorious B.I.G.’s death.
Originally scheduled for release in September of 2018, City Of Lies is based on a true story about a journalist, played by Forest Whitaker, who teams up with a former LAPD detective, played by Depp, to look into the unsolved case regarding the murder of Biggie.
In addition to focusing on Biggie’s murder, the drama also sheds light on the death of Tupac Shakur as well as corruption in the LAPD force in the late nineties and noughties.
The film is due for release in the U.S. on March 19th and will be available to stream on April 9th. The UK release date is currently not known.
