Over the past few years, ‘clout’ has been a term that has become more popular, with many online influencers wanting to be famous and to have a sense of power, and on the latest Halfcast Podcast episode, Chuckie, Poet, and Jordy discuss whether clout is worth more than legacy nowadays.
Throughout the hour-long video, the trio discuss a variety of topics, ranging from their battles with hayfever to the embarrassment of snoring in the early stages of a relationship.
On a more serious note, the group compares clout and legacy by discussing former professional boxer Floyd Mayweather and how he is obsessed with people talking about him and how he is egotistical.
Chuckie goes on to say that he thinks Floyd is a good fighter, but that he has reached a point where he isn’t retiring because he wants clout and for people to still speak about him, which means he has to fight the likes of Youtuber Logan Paul to stay relevant.
