This week Adidas is celebrating the success of the NMD silhouette, a new shape that gives archival shoes a modern twist. To celebrate, the brand has released a new pack of NMDs for you to get your hands on.

The “Blackout/Whiteout” pack features one colourway of the NMD City Sock (top), and two contrasting editions of the NMD Runner. Each shoe features a crisp monochrome palette and the signature EVA inserts on the midsole.

The grey NMD City Sock is comprised of a one-piece construction, and holds the shoe’s usual panel tape. The two Runners sit atop a TPU midsole and feature Adidas mantra script in multiple languages across the upper, adding a new dimension to the three-stripes branding.

Get a pair of all the pack from Adidas, END., Footpatrol or Offspring on Friday 8th July.

This week also saw the release of another modern retouch to a classic Adidas silhouette, with the brand bringing the Superstar into the muted era. The “Clear Granite” colourway also brings some new material changes, with the usual solid but soft leather upper replaced with a perforated textile and leather overlays. The shoe has kept the Herringbone rubber toecap though, complimenting the new changes and bringing a textured change to the classic shoe.

UK Stockists haven’t been released yet, but you can cop them from US stockist Feature now.
