There are so many sick, inventive releases from Adidas this week that we just had to showcase them in their own post.

First up is another much needed collaboration between Adidas and long-time, never failing partner Pharrell. This time a little more intricate than the Supercolours, the Stan Smith “Jacquard” pack is inspired by the world-renowned fabric store Marché Saint-Pierre in Paris. The capsule collection also includes two classic Adidas track jackets with the same print on and is made specially in Germany using European-sourced materials. The collection is available in either turquoise or beige and is available from the 30th May in Adidas stores and online for £130, as well as selected retailers like END, footpatrol, Offspring and Size?.

Next we have a subtle re-vamp of the Stan Smith exclusively for women, featuring a bright silver metallic heel tag instead of the old school green. Available from JD now for £62.

After the success of the Supercolours, Adidas are now releasing another colourful collection in the form of their Originals Superstar 80s City Series, exclusive to UK stores Office and Offspring online in store after Thursday 28th May. Like the Huarache shoes are inspired by different capital cities, each with their own colour and a famous landmark from the city etched in gold on the heel tab. These are not to be missed.

London is represented in Red, Paris in Blue, Berlin in Grey, New York in Black, Shanghai in Yellow and Tokyo in Violet. Unlike normal Stans, this series is made in a deluxe suede and holds the name of the city each shoe represents on the side in gold.

Finally, following the 7th March drop of the white edition, Saturday 23rd saw the second half of Adidas’ “Made in Germany” pack released: the OG Black colourway. The pack is dedicated to the German brand’s roots since most of their footwear is now produced in Asia and is an attempt at bringing more intricate parts of the brand’s functioning closer to home.

The pack comes in what seems to be Adidas’ favourite silhouette, the Stan Smith, and the ZX500, and their uppers are made up of buttery black suede. The shoes are accented with off-white heels and white midsoles, and also feature a perforated leather lining, are finished with a “Made in Germany” tag on the sole. Adidas have also taken the detail to the packaging, which comes all black with the iconic three stripes in gold.

The shoes are available online at Adidas, wellgosh, END, and footpatrol amongst other retailers, for around £169.
