This weekend was one of the summer’s biggest for festivals, with Parklife going down in Manchester, Wildlife in Brighton and Field Day in London. The weekend also saw tonnes of rain across the country though, leaving most of us at these festivals with ruined trainers and broken soles. This week on #CREPCHECK we’ve got the freshest pairs of Nike and Adidas trainers for you to cop to replace those that were muddied, battered and broken this weekend.

Our first crisp shoe this week is the Adidas Stan Smith OG Primeknit, where an iconic silhouette is transformed with a modern Primeknit twist. The thin but durable material moulds to the shape of your foot for added adaptability. The instantly recognisable green heel tab isn’t leather on this edition of the shoe either, and adds a nice touch by continuing the knitted aesthetic.

Another summer-perfect Stan Smith recreation was released this week, with the usual white colourway getting a pastel work up. The shoe is still made with luxury smooth leather, and features Stan Smith branding on the tongue alongside gold foil branding on the upper.

Finally this week we have a personal release from Nike. The Nike Air Jordan 10 “London” follows other Air Jordans which have incorporated branding representing Rio, Chicago and New York. Nike have just landed in London for the summer, bringing us our very own version of the shoe. The shoe holds a grey and black colourway representing the city’s being known as an “Urban Jungle”, or judging by this week’s weather, grey skies. The shoe sits on a grey midsole with integrated laces, and is finished with LDN branding on the outer collar.

Get a pair and rep your city on Saturday 18th of June from Nike, Offspring, END. or Sneakersnstuff.
