It’s finally time to admit that summer’s over, and start checking your crep for the cold Autumn and winter months. This week we bring you five pairs of shoes to keep your feet warm but your fit icy.

GRM Daily

First up we have the Nike Air Max 90 “Winter Black”, a thick shoe with added protection from the cold. The classic 90 silhouette has been extended up the ankle for added comfort, as well as improved underfoot cushioning and durability. The shoe is made up of hard-wearing synthetics for the outer shell, but lightweight comfort can be found in the neoprene lining.

Another shoe heavily designed to support your feet is the Adidas Consortium “EQT Support ADV”, designed in collaboration between US clothing brand Undefeated and online retailer Consortium. The shoe is formed with a matte black neoprene upper, and holds a subtle camouflage pattern on the heel support. The shoe’s three-stripe branding interestingly continues onto the midsole to finish the colourway, and matches a bright white leather tag on the tongue.

Get a pair on Saturday 8th October from END., Foot Patrol, SneakersnStuff or Adidas.

In a brighter addition to this week’s #CrepCheck we bring you the Nike SB Dunk Low “Orange Box”, in Autumnal orange colourway which actually pays homage to the brand’s original shoebox. The shoe is comprised of a premium leather upper, and sits atop a white midsole. The orange and beige colourway is offset by a black outsole, and the shoe is finished with that unmistakeable white swoosh.

Get a pair on Thursday 6th October from Nike.

Continuing on from their original collaboration last year, Trapstar and Puma are back with a new line this Autumn, including two brand new pairs of trainers. The Trapstar x Puma Cell Bubble utilises Puma’s Cell Bubble technlogy on it’s streamlined outsole, while the black upper carries overlays of different materials. The shoe is finished with a Pima elastic lace buckle. The shoe also comes in a “White Noise” colourway, mimicking the static from TVs.

They’re almost sold out, but get the last pairs from Trapstar (black / white noise) before they’ve gone!
