Dave and Burna Boy are the latest artists to sit down with Genius to break down their song, “Location”, on Verified.
This segment of Verified begins with Dave explaining his determination to make a big record with JAE5 and Burna Boy, detailing the time and effort the trio put in to creating the song – resulting in one of the biggest single’s of 2019. Later on, we see both Dave and Burna Boy praising each other’s talents, before they give us insight into their lyrics on the track.
“Location” recently received a nomination for Best Song at this year’s Brit Awards, going up against the likes of Stormzy’s “Vossi Bop” and AJ Tracey’s “Ladbroke Grove”.
