It’s been two years since he released his huge debut album but Dave has finally gifted us with his long-awaited LP titled We’re All Alone In This Together.

Since the announcement of the the album towards the start of this month, anticipation has been high for this project from Dave and fans will be over the moon that it’s finally arrived.

Clocking in at just over an hour in length, We’re All Alone In This Together is an extensive body of work from Dave who provides us with twelve authentic tracks, including the recently released “Clash” featuring fellow south London star Stormzy.

Big Mike isn’t the only huge name to make an appearance on the album as Dave also enlists Wizkid, Snoh Aalegra, Boj and James Blake, as well as drafting in Ghetts, Fredo, Meekz and Giggs on the bar-heavy “In The Fire”.

“This album, God willing, will explain itself,” Dave said of the project in a recent interview with GQ. “There is a magic to it! I feel like my first album was a concept, but this is canon.”

He added: “In this album, it’s referencing itself; it is self-aware. My life inside of real life: what I do, my career, musically, acting-wise, my ambition – it’s self-aware. When you hear who I am by track twelve versus who I was in track one, that journey, it feels like a journey of years, like, ‘Yo, this person has been here, this has happened, that happens, I meet this person, the slang I use, the arrogance, the voice…’ It is canon.”

Dave’s critically-acclaimed debut Psychodrama went on to win numerous awards including the coveted Album of the Year prize at the BRIT Awards following its release in 2019 and we can expect his sophomore to be just as well-received.
