In addition to a string of Instagram videos, David Haye took to his personal website to write a 2000 word statement on his decision to stop boxing.

The 37 year old fighter’s recent defeat to scouse boxer Tony Bellew in their second fight on the 5th of May this year is to be Haye’s last, as many pundits predicted labelling it a make or break fight for the former Heavyweight Champion of the World.

The South London representer’s name will go down in boxing history as the only fighter along side the legendary Evander Holyfield to unify the three Cruiserweight belts.
