Devlin has dropped the visual for his latest track “Limelight”, the third single taken from his forthcoming album The Outcast.
Taking it back to his roots as an artist by pressing play on a cassette tape, the Dagenham wordsmith keeps it real by laying down enthralling bars over the infectious beat. Shot by Risky Roadz, Devz is seen searching through a dark room; capturing the raw emotion of the track perfectly.
Speaking to Trench, Devlin outlined the track by saying “The new single ‘Limelight’ is about getting back out there in the game and reinstating myself once again. My new album, The Outcast, has that old-school grime feel to it, taking things back to the roots of where I started. Working with Risky is always a pleasure; we’ve known each other for years and he’s a good pal, and I know he always does a brilliant job.”
