Faceless masked rapper, Dide, is back with another hard-hitter for new track, “Human” fresh with cold visuals.

This incognito Premier League footballer and UK rap sensation is doing what does best: sporting his quintessential mask and stunning fans with meaningful bars and slick flows.

As England fans and players gear up for the Euros final this weekend, Dide takes the opportunity to speak out on the racism that exists within British football culture. In the video, he’s donning an England shirt with a 7 on his chest. He wastes no time with the striking opening line, “Somebody said ‘it’s coming home’, and if it don’t then it’s ‘go back to where you come from,” with bars and visuals depicting the hate and ill-will faced by our black players when things don’t go their way. Dide is expressing that like his fellow black footballers, he is human.

In the second verse, Dide dives into topics of crime, poverty, inequality and the government. The lyrics and visuals are powerful and the star continues to show us that he’s here to make an impact in both the sporting and musical spheres. In terms of his identity, the jury is still out. But one thing’s for sure: Dide hides his face but not his intentions – he’s here to say something.
