West London’s Digga D has gifted us with his hugely-anticipated project, Made In The Pyrex.
Since being released from prison last May, Digga’s career has gone from strength to strength; racking up millions of views on drops such as “Chingy”, “Bringing It Back” with AJ Tracey and “Woi” – with the latter being arguably the song of summer 2020. Fans have been longing for a project from Digga and Made In The Pyrex doesn’t disappoint.
Arriving two years after his Double Tap Diaries tape, which peaked at Number 11 in the UK Album Charts, MITP is another solid body of work from Digga in which he mixes his rugged raps with his animated approach to create a whole heap of bangers.
From greazy bops such as “Bluuwuu”, “Gun Man Sounds” and “Folknem” with Sav’O and ZK to the dancehall-influenced “Window”, we’re treated to various sounds on the 13-track record and Digga D’s wordplay is clean throughout. Birmingham’s M1llionz also comes through with an impressive guest feature on “No Chorus”.
