To highlight rap talent from every corner of the UK, DJ Target and BBC Three have launched The Rap Map!
DJ Target is calling on rappers from up and down the country to upload their own original bars representing their hometown, which will then be displayed on The Rap Map. The best ones will be selected by Target himself and will be played on BBC Radio 1Xtra.
To enter, rappers must vertically film a rap of no longer than 60 seconds about their hometown in acapella form – meaning no beats, just lyrics.

The Rap Map is made in association with The Rap Game UK, which is available to stream on BBC iPlayer from 7pm on 22 October, with new episodes every Thursday at 7pm.
