Dave and Fredo have broke records with their latest single “Funky Friday”. In just over 24 hours, the song had been streamed 700,000 times. Currently the visuals on YouTube have over 1 million views which you can find here.

The song is only 1000 sales off getting a UK official number one; this is massive for both artists and very well deserved. It would be great to see this happen next week. Dave and Fredo were both nominated for ‘Best Mixtape’ at the GRM Rated Awards this year which Fredo went on to win with Tables Turn. Who knows, the two could be nominated for ‘Track of the Year’ at the 2019 awards.

Another new release this week has been from Kojo Funds with his mixtape Golden Boy, he has debuted at number 40 and is his first mixtape to chart. Listen here to the mixtape which features “Who Am I” that has climbed up six places to number 91 in the singles charts. Another single from the mixtape to chart is “PNG” which features Giggs. The single has debuted at number 96 but could be set to climb down the charts in the next few weeks.

Eminem has been knocked off the top spot in the album charts, Kamikaze now charts at number four after two new entries have knocked him down. Cadet and Deno Driz have climbed 5 places with their single “Advice” which now charts at 49. This song is definitely one to look out for.
