Doing Numbers: JAY1’s ‘One Wave’ goes straight in the Top 30

One Wave, JAY1’s debut EP has gone straight in the charts at number 28. The nine-track project features some of his recently released bangers such as “Your Mrs” and “Becky” along with some fresh new tracks.

“Mocking It” from the EP is still in the charts this week; watch the visuals to “Mocking It” here and when you’re done, listen to One Wave here.

D-Block Europe have gone straight in at number 20 with their latest track “Home P*ssy”. This is the duo’s second top 20 track and the first track they have released since their debut mixtape Home Alone. You can check out the visuals for the track right here.

Also this week, DBE’s track with The Plug and Offset called “Rich” went straight in at number 91 which features on The Plug’s album Plug Talk which was released last week and you can listen to here.

This week saw quite alot of new releases enter the charts. Mist and Fredo have just missed out on a top ten spot with their new track “So High”; the song came fresh in at number 11.

Headie One and Skepta have collaborated on “Back to Basics” which enters at 42, just missing out on a top 40 spot. Kenny Allstar and DigDat have teamed up for their track “Friday” which entered at number 62 and in at 82 is “My One” from Wiley, Tory Lanez, Kranium and Dappy.

Looking at the top 40, AJ Tracey’s “Ladbroke Grove” is still in the charts and moving closer to the top at number 12 and Stormzy’s “Vossi Bop” is at number 18 this week.

“Strike A Pose” from Young T and Bugsey which features Aitch is at number 21 whilst “Thiago Silva” is climbing its way up the charts to number 36. Another entry from Dave is “Location” which is at 38.

“OT Bop” from NSG is at 39 and Bugzy Malone’s “Kilos” which features Aitch is at number 40.
