Kanye enters this week’s Album chart at number 2 with his ninth studio album Jesus is King. The long-awaited and anticipated album has received both praise and critique from fans and spectators. This week has been filled with polarising views from the rappers latest offering, so it isn’t surprising that the chart is littered with singles from the project.
This week’s singles chart has 11 entries from Ye, 10 of them in the top forty. The project features collaborations from Ty Dolla $ign, newcomer Ant Clemons, gospel legend Fred Hammond, Clipse, Kenny G and of course the now famous Sunday Service choir.
“Follow God” taken from the album is the highest entry at number six, “Selah” and “Closed on Sunday” take the last two top twenty spots at number 19 and 20.

The surprise single entry of the week comes from Regard with his remix of Jay Sean’s 2008 hit “Ride It” taking this weeks number two spot in the singles chart. The song has had quite a revival this week, thanks to TikTok.
Originally “Ride It” charted at number 11 back in 2008, but with its recent viral resurgence, the song is sitting right next to the top spot.
AJ Tracey made a massive climb this week, moving up 72 places and re-entering the top 20 with his self titled album. The rapper has been unstoppable this year and the album has spent 36 weeks moving around the charts. This week’s activity proves that fans are loving it just as much now as they did back in February.
The rapper is still active in this weeks singles chart as well with his newest single “Floss” featuring Mo Stack and Not3s storming into the top thirty at number 22. The visuals for this killer collaboration have been doing bits and we aren’t surprised to see the track do the same in the charts. Take a look at the floss video here.
“Ladbroke Grove” also continues to hover in the top 40 and the rapper has another new entry with the seasonally titled “Halloween” which features Yung Ads entering the top 100.
Dropping four places but remaining in the top 20 is D-Block Europe with PTSD which is this week’s number 15. The duo maintain their good run in the singles chart, with 3 singles remaining in the top 100 this week.
Aitch is still hanging out in the top 40 singles with “Buss Down” ft Ziezie still occupying a high spot as this weeks 11. Further down the chart, “Taste (Make it Shake) drops nine places but clings to a top 40 spot at number 37.
His EP Aitch20 moves further away from the top 40 dropping 19 places to number 60, this week.
We expect to more from Wretch 32 in the charts in the coming weeks when he drops more singles from the project. Listen to Upon Reflection here.
Just outside the top 40, Krept and Konan’s collaboration with Wizkid, “G Love” moves up 12 places to this weeks number 47.
Young T and Bugzy ft Aitch is just one place above at number 46. Poundz’ “Opp Thot” drops two places to 50 and NSG’s “Trust Issues” is down to 51.
